SCORE at the Right to Energy Forum 2019

The Right to Energy Forum 2019 was held parallel to the EU Sustainable Energy Week on 19 and 20 June 2019 in Brussels.

The Forum is organised annually by the Right to Energy Coalition, which is made up of unions, social and environmental organisations. The Coalition was formed with the aim of taking collaborative action on energy poverty.

At the Forum, researchers Florian Hanke and Felicia van Tulder from the SCORE coordinator EUV hosted a workshop on the inclusion of vulnerable households in the energy transition. The participants engaged in a fruitful discussion and exchange of ideas on necessary measures. By the end the hosts presented SCORE as a potential solution for the issues discussed at the workshop and the forum in general. The forum brought together over 100 people from all over Europe and ended with a discussion with Members of the European Parliament.
